Across all our builds, my main focus was to create consistency in design, color, layout, energy, and flow. Each office had its unique identity, celebrating its location while maintaining the unmistakable Coinbase vibe. Open office layouts fostered equality and connection, conference rooms and comfortable seating facilitated clear communication, and spaces like All Hands and game rooms provided opportunities for team celebrations and rejuvenating breaks. These spaces were meticulously designed to cater to the needs of both employees and guests, ensuring that everyone who entered, worked, and departed felt a sense of satisfaction and a desire to return.
