A passion project spanning a decade,
from memoir to documentary to feature film
Jewboy vs the Luftwaffe is an inspiring documentary uncovering the untold story of WWII fighter pilot ace, Philip M. Goldstein. His bravery as a Jewish soldier during one of history’s darkest periods reveals a powerful legacy of resilience.
Though Phil passed away in 2018, we were fortunate to capture his incredible life through interviews and documentation. To fully bring his story to life, we’re continuing our journey by interviewing other WWII veterans, including two remarkable men in their 100s, whose deeply personal and unique perspectives have never been shared quite like this. With antisemitism on the rise globally, preserving these stories of courage, resilience, and survival has never been more urgent. As time passes, these rare and irreplaceable voices are disappearing, making it all the more critical to capture and share their experiences before they are lost forever.
We need immediate funding to continue capturing these powerful accounts and preserve them for future generations. Your support will ensure that these extraordinary stories are told and remembered.
Below, you will find documentary resources, videos, images, and more to explore and learn about this important project. You can support through investment or donation. Every bit helps. Reach out for more info!
